Three years of neglect

This blog has had three years of neglect. Today was so exciting! not really. I moved my 10 baby chicks out to the dog run outside. I rigged the heat lamp to hang inside the dog house to keep the baby chicks warm. I borrowed two of my full grown chickens to see if they will be surrogate mothers and help take care of the baby chicks.

It was fun to be outside in the sun. Right after I came in, it rained and then hailed for a total of less than 10 minutes.

Now if I am going to do this right, I better get a photo of these chicks.

Everyone seems to have a blog so I will too. Today is the New Year January 1, 2008.

What a great day! Just a bit lonely because Eric's not home. I went on Brad's blog, Rebecca Hyer's, Karen Peterson, and Jill Dawn's.
